Job-Description
A business analyst shall be a part of the IT team who analyzes the business domain, documents its processes and systems, outlines business requirements, and matches a software business model with the software being built.
Responsibility: -

• A business analyst should define the ultimate vision of what the project should look like early on, effectively limiting the scope of development.
• BA should determine the scope of the project and gather all necessary requirements; a BA also needs to research information related to the project.
• Translating requirements to the IT team in well technical documentation format like BRD, user stories.
• Testing the delivery in UAT and performing the acceptance testing.
• Communicate with Product & Operation Managers in organizations to find out what they hope to achieve
• Partner with application engineers to ensure each project meets a specific need and resolves successfully
• Assume responsibility for project tasks and ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and ensure the deployment of the finished product as per the timelines
• Evaluate, test and recommend new opportunities for enhancing our software, hardware and IT processes
• Evaluate and draw conclusions from data related to customer behavior
• Consult with the Engineering team on the newest technology and its implications in the industry

Software BA qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Software Development, Computer Engineering, Project Management, or related field
• 4-5 years’ experience in a supervisory position related to information technology
• 4-5 years’ experience in Product Management, Operation Management and Business Analyst.
• Experience with SharePoint, SQL, Nintex, Jira, and BPM tools

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹200,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year

• Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Golang developer: 3 years (Preferred)
